Seven meatless entrees will make you forget Turkey

Who says Turkey should be the focus of Thanksgiving dinner? An amazing alternative to vegetable entrees can be for those who crave a meatless feast. Of course, there are always too flashy, but there are too many. Vegetarians will especially thank one of the seven main courses, four of which are vegetarians. That's right: vegetarians don't just have to use apps, side dishes, and pies to make holiday meals. All of these entrees are amazing, satisfying and nourishing. And, hey, you meat eaters: you can definitely enjoy these dishes, too!

1. Curry roasted chickpea and grape tomato graffiti eggplant are you a holiday non traditionalist? Then this dish is in your cooking alley. For the sake of simplicity, it can actually serve as a great dinner - without any side. A graffiti Eggplant - named for its unusual purple and ivory stripes - is used as a personal size barbecue. You'll cut it into a flashy look and make sure that all the delicious curry sauce is in every part of the eggplant. As for protein, you can get significant results with chickpeas and almonds.

2. Kale, Berra and caramel carrot "risotto" frying pan is a popular vegetarian alternative to meat main course. But, frankly, it could be a painful preparation. Not this version! You will use short grain brown rice that is easy to cook, which provides a nutty taste and fiber punch. There are also super foods in this dish, including carrots, little Bella and cabbage. You will get a hint of lovely butterfat from parmesan cheese and Greek yogurt. Don't forget to add fragrance with fresh tarragon.

Maple broccoli roasted pumpkin meat juice

this cauliflower main dish is a delicacy on any festival table. It's also very easy to prepare. Just rub the seasoning and bake the whole thing in the oven until it's caramelized. To celebrate Thanksgiving, you'll match it with gravy and "carve" it like a turkey. The gravy consists of a pumpkin base that contains fiber and phytosterols to help lower bad cholesterol. Finish with a small drop of pure maple syrup and crunchy pumpkin seeds.

4. Roasted cheese pumpkin "spaghetti", with goat cheese and fried sage

this delicious main course features spiral cheese pumpkin "noodles", which you can make with spiral or Julian peeler. No matter which way you make this pasta, it's an interesting gluten free menu with lots of beta carotene. Before baking, mix pumpkin noodles with olive oil, garlic, sage, salt and pepper. Next, fry some fresh rat tail grass leaves as a delicious decoration. Sprinkle with cream goat cheese before serving.

5. Pumpkin stuffing with Chenopodium and pomegranate aril should not be afraid: Pumpkin stuffing is quick and easy to repair. First, pick up the sugar pumpkin, not the carving. You have to cut off the top, dig out the seeds and pulp, and add the stuffing. Here, the filling features quinoa that can be cooked in pumpkins. You will get lemon flavor from orange juice. After baking, you will add crisp pistachios, fresh basil and pomegranate aril (seeds). Pomegranate orchards offer a brilliant, confetti like pop color (plus polyphenols and fiber). 6. The Thanksgiving inspired riballita is a Tuscan stew that contains vegetables, cannellini beans and leftover bread. This festival friendly version follows the recipe, but it's all American from sweet potatoes and sage. The formula contains fiber that promotes digestion, from cannellini beans and kale. More fiber can be obtained with whole wheat bread and sweet potato peel. As a main course or a sumptuous meal. Add it to your routine. There's no need to wait for the holidays!

7. Save a day's saturated fat and enjoy the main course. Yes, Bree doesn't need to keep it for appetizers or European desserts. Ideally, use a 12 ounce sugar wheel and a 3 ounce wedge instead of a holiday Turkey. Just as you can mix cranberry sauce with Turkey, you can do the same here.
